By accessing and using HEIC to JPG Converter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

HEIC to JPG Converter is a free, browser-based tool that converts HEIC/HEIF image files to JPG format. The Service processes all images locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
  • The quality of converted images will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to convert any images you process
  • Maintaining backups of your original files
  • Your use of the converted images

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
